Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
