Finally, we came up some tips that would make us happier and healthier.

We started off by looking at the different types of food that we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
