If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
