Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
